About Me
I am a beyond blessed wife &Â mama of 2, but that's where I lost who I was. I have been on a personal growth journey that has spanned over 10 years. I went from being unhappy, unfulfilled &Â broken to extremely happy, in love with myself &Â confident! I do feel I am being led to help others identify &Â achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, &Â confusion. I take great pride in the journey that has led me to where I am. It is possible, you are worth it!!

After a draining few weeks filled with stressors and travel, I was headed into a week of family entertainment and lots of conversations, for the holiday. I needed to make sure I was going into the week refreshed and ready to be there 100%. Ashley really helped to get me prepared for the week ahead as well as build up my energy.
